In most instances, you can access RedZed’s Full Doc option with 12 months of financials.
Our requirements are:
Latest individual and company financials (if less than six months old, two most recent Business Activity Statements are also required)
ATO Notice of Assessment
Note: Property Developers/Builders – 2 years returns will be required
(2 year average will be used unless the most recent year is lower than the previous year)
