RedZed receives sustainability award

RedZed has been recognised as one of the "most sustainable mortgage programs in Australia" as part of Australian Broker Magazine’s ‘2024 5-Star Sustainable Programs’. This report highlights finance businesses that are doing their part to build a better future for the community and the environment.

RedZed is committed to being environmentally and socially responsible, and we formalised this commitment through the development of our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Action Plan in December 2021. RedZed’s ultimate sustainable mission is to become a nationally recognised leader in ESG across the non-bank lending sector by helping our customers secure loans from ESG-responsible investment sources, reducing the social and environmental impacts of our operations, and connecting communities through outreach activities.

From purchasing 100% renewable energy for both our Melbourne and Sydney offices and maintaining our Climate Active certification for 3 consecutive years, to raising awareness of global poverty and youth homelessness through our charity partnerships with Opportunity International Australia and the Lighthouse Foundation, our ESG action plan aims to make a meaningful difference to the planet and the lives of those in need.
