All-Star Sporting Panel

RedZed recently had the great pleasure of hosting an all-star panel event for our valued broker partners. In the hot seat(s) were Craig Bellamy, Tim Paine and Alastair Clarkson!

Alastair spoke about building strong teams, having a clear vision, and why it’s crucial to assign the right people to the right roles.

Craig emphasised the importance of recruiting good people, ensuring that they understand what their role is, and why doing the little things really well, matters.

Tim talked about overcoming injury setbacks and how his time as test captain taught him about dealing with different people, managing egos, and demonstrating empathy.

It was an engaging and inspiring afternoon that left an impact on all in attendance!
