  • Residential loans to a maximum of 85% of the value of the security property
    and a maximum loan amount of $1.5Million
  • Commercial loans up to a maximum of 70% of the value of the security property
    and a maximum loan amount of $3Million
  • Asset finance needs to help your business

to the customer by adhering to our lending guidelines which includes our assessment of an applicant’s capacity to repay a
loan without incurring substantial hardship.
